1. General Terms

Welcome to DOGGO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the doggo.com website ("Website") and the services provided by DOGGO ("we," "our," or "us"), including pet boarding, grooming, veterinary services, and adoption programs. By accessing or using our Website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make a booking.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our sole discretion.

3. Service Bookings, Fees, and Cancellations

3.1 Booking Confirmation and Payment

All service requests (Boarding, Grooming, etc.) require confirmation from DOGGO. Payment for services is due as specified during the booking process. We accept various payment methods, but all estimated prices provided on the Website (e.g., Boarding Booking page) are for estimation purposes and the final price will be confirmed upon booking.

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

You must notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please refer to our FAQ section for full details.

4. Pet Requirements and Responsibilities

4.1 Health and Vaccinations

• You warrant that your pet is in good health and has not been exposed to any communicable diseases within a period of 30 days prior to check-in.
• All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, including **Rabies and DHPP/DHPPI**. Proof of vaccination must be provided upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service if documentation is insufficient.

4.2 Behavioral Issues

You must inform us of any aggressive tendencies, behavioral issues, or special requirements your pet may have. If your pet’s behavior poses a risk to staff or other animals, you authorize DOGGO, in its sole discretion, to take all reasonable steps, including segregation or immediate dismissal from the facility, with no refund.

5. Veterinary Care Authorization and Medical Emergencies

In the event of an emergency or if your pet requires immediate veterinary attention, and you cannot be reached, you authorize DOGGO and its in-house veterinarians to seek external emergency veterinary care, administer necessary treatment, and incur reasonable expenses on your behalf. You agree to be solely responsible for all medical and veterinary expenses incurred.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services provided by DOGGO are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

DOGGO and its staff shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or death of a pet during their stay or service, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by DOGGO. You agree that, in no event shall DOGGO’s maximum liability exceed the total fee paid for the specific service during which the incident occurred.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, and specifically the jurisdiction of **Howrah, West Bengal**. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Howrah, West Bengal, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The date of the last update will be reflected at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
